1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Party 7 Decor website or by booking any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Party 7 Decor provides professional party decoration services throughout South Florida, including but not limited to: balloon décor, birthday party decorations, baby shower and gender reveal setups, wedding and bridal shower décor, corporate event decorations, senior community milestone celebrations, and custom themed event setups. All services are subject to availability and must be confirmed through a formal booking agreement.

3. Booking and Reservations

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and any required deposit. Submitting an inquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking.
• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your event date.
• Advance Notice: We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for standard events, and 4–8 weeks for larger events. Rush bookings may be accommodated subject to availability and an additional rush fee.
• Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate event details. Party 7 Decor is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: All prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on the complexity and specific requirements of your event. A final quote will be provided after consultation.
• Payment: Full payment is due prior to or on the day of the event, as specified in your booking agreement.
• Taxes: Applicable sales taxes will be added to all invoices as required by Florida law.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 14+ days before event: Deposit is forfeited; any additional payments made will be refunded.
• 7–13 days before event: 50% of the total booking fee is due.
• Fewer than 7 days before event: 100% of the total booking fee is due.
• Party 7 Decor Cancellations: In the unlikely event we must cancel, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.
• Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days in advance. One complimentary reschedule may be offered at our discretion.

6. Setup and Access Requirements

The client is responsible for ensuring Party 7 Decor has adequate access to the venue at the agreed-upon setup time. The client is also responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions from the venue. Takedown services are included in Classic, Premium, and Custom packages. For Starter packages, the client is responsible for the removal of decorations after the event.

7. Damage and Liability

The client is responsible for any damage to Party 7 Decor's equipment or materials caused by guests or venue staff during the event. Party 7 Decor's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for failure to perform due to force majeure events.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Party 7 Decor website is our property and protected by applicable copyright laws. We reserve the right to use photographs and videos taken at events we decorate for marketing purposes, unless you have explicitly requested otherwise in writing prior to the event.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Broward County, Florida.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
