Cancellations made 14+ days before the event: deposit is forfeited, additional payments refunded. 7–13 days before: 50% of the total fee is due. Fewer than 7 days: 100% of the total fee is due. One complimentary reschedule may be offered at our discretion with at least 7 days' notice.
